Help! One part of my hair is soo itchy and does a load of hairfall

I AM A MALE WITH SHORT HAIR SO KEEP THAT IN MIND

Basically, it was just a normal day where i decided to shower, I decided to try a new Conditioner

[Ingredients of the Conditioner :Aqua, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Chloride, Citric Acid, Parfum, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Hydroxide, Phenoxyethanol, Polyquaternium-10, Potassium Sorbate, Benzyl Salicylate, Citronellol, Coumarin, Geraniol, Hexyl Cinnamal, Limonene, Linalool, Citrus Aurantium Peel Oil, Hexamethylindanopyran, Terpineol, Tetramethyl Acetyloctahydronaphtalenes.]

I left the shower, not feeling any different, i decided to oil my hair so that it stays moisturized, after a while, one part of my hair was feeling extra itchy, like literally only a single part was itching, and it was itching like crazy, and the hairfall in this one area was wayyy more strong than that in other areas whenever i touch my hair, is there any reason for why this entire thing happened? I'd be so so so grateful for any help!

Would warming up Raw Milk make it lose it's nutrients in the same way it does in pasteurization?

I'm sorry if my question is a bit dumb

My Experience With Linux

Okay so to put things off I AM NOT AN EXPERT OF ANY KIND AT ALL THIS STUFF, i am a little tech guy but not as savvy as it gets, anyways here's my experience with Linux : I decide to try linux, it seemed cool and stuff, so then i decided to install a Distro my pick at the time was Bazzite as it was pretty popular, now the thing with Bazzite was that IT WASN'T ABLE TO FIND MY DRIVERS (unable to change nvidia gpu state from d3cold to d0), i kept on searching for solutions but it all seemed fruitless, no one here knew how to solve it, then i decide to try something else it was CachyOS, same issue over again. Now the funny thing is....WINDOWS VIEWS MY GPU NORMALLY AND USES IT WITHOUT PROBLEMS, so like i either have to use Linux which isnt able to see my drivers, or use windows which is js slop...

AND BTW IF ANYONE HAS A SOLUTION TO MY NVIDIA GPU PROBLEM I WOULDNT MIND HELP

I've heard that samsung got rid of the bootloader and that you wouldnt be able to neither put custom roms nor have root access

is that a myth or is freedom on samsung dead?
