HIRING HELP!!! Recent NIFT Graduate Seeking Graphic / Brand Designer Roles | Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Mumbai, Remote (Global Opportunities Welcome)

Hi everyone,
I'm a recent NIFT graduate (Fashion Communication) actively looking for opportunities as a Graphic Designer, Brand Designer, Visual Designer, or UI/UX Designer.

Over the last few years, I've balanced academics with internships, freelance projects, part-time roles, and full-time responsibilities, allowing me to gain practical experience across branding, packaging, digital design, and visual storytelling.

What I specialize in:
• Brand Identity Design
• Packaging Design
• UI/UX Design
• Art Direction
• Social & Marketing Creatives
• AI-Assisted Design Workflows

What I bring to the table:
→ Brand identities that communicate before a word is read
→ Packaging that captures attention and strengthens shelf presence
→ UI/UX experiences that are both intuitive and visually refined
→ Strong conceptual thinking paired with executional excellence
→ A collaborative, fast-moving, and detail-oriented approach

What makes my journey a little different is that I've consistently worked alongside my studies through internships, freelance work, part-time positions, and full-time responsibilities. This has helped me develop not only design skills but also the ability to work with teams, manage deadlines, and adapt quickly.

Open to opportunities in:
Delhi NCR
Bangalore
Mumbai
Remote roles across India
International remote opportunities

If your company is hiring, or if you know of any agencies, startups, studios, or in-house teams looking for a designer, I'd truly appreciate any referrals, leads, or introductions.

Thank you for your time I’d love to connect with anyone hiring or willing to point me in the right direction.

Should my friend give her one more chance after cheating, or is some damage impossible to rebuild?

Need genuine opinions on this because my friend is really confused right now.

So my friend was dating this girl for 1 year and 9 months, and recently he found out that she cheated on him around 9–10 months ago. From what he knows, it happened once, but it was still cheating and she crossed major boundaries.

Their relationship had a lot of ups and downs after that too, but the biggest issue is that he got to know about it only recently. At first, she lied for a few days, but later admitted everything after he told her he didn’t want to lose her and wanted honesty. Since then, she has fully acknowledged it, taken accountability, explained what mindset she was in at that time, and for the last month she’s been begging for another chance, saying she regrets everything and wants to rebuild.

Now he’s stuck between two thoughts:

  1. Should she stop begging, save whatever self-respect she has left, and accept that some mistakes permanently end relationships?

  2. Or should he consider giving one final chance if both people genuinely want to rebuild, even after betrayal?

For people who’ve been cheated on or have rebuilt after cheating does trust ever actually come back, or are you just delaying the inevitable? And your thoughts and opinions.

Why do some girls take a guy back after cheating, but guys struggle to move past it when a girl cheats?

Genuine question, and I’m trying to understand different perspectives here.
Why does it feel like some girls are more willing to let things go after a guy cheats, forgive him, and even get back together, while a lot of guys, when a girl cheats, can’t seem to move past it at all? Like, they don’t even want to talk to her, see her, or hear an explanation.
Is it an emotional difference, ego, attachment styles, social conditioning, or something else entirely?
Not trying to generalize because I know everyone is different, but I’ve noticed this pattern and wanted honest opinions from both sides. Has anyone here actually forgiven cheating and made it work?
