Si no me equivoco los últimos 20 años han sido movidos, con rachas mejores y peores, pero ahora que esta Trump, desde fuera parece que las cosas en cuba estan peor que nunca desde un punto de vista económico y de recursos. Muchos cortes de electricidad, combustible escaso y caro y cosas de primera necesidad difíciles de encontrar y caras. Es esta la realidad de la situación o no esta tan mal como parece desde fuera?

He visto algunos videos y comentarios que no hablan muy bien de sofia, en plan que hay muchos sitios cerrados y que la gente no es muy amigable, cual fue vuestra experiencia?

Se que puede parecer una pregunta muy tonta pero en general la gente de fuera de Cuba no sabe como es el día a día allí, si pueden tener sus propias empresas, como van con la electricidad, como son los sueldos, ayudas sociales, medicos, vivienda, etc. Un cubano de la calle sabe mas o menos como vive un italiano, un español o un canadiense en sus respectivos países ?

When I arrived in the UK with my wife, she was carrying a pepper spray until it eventually expired. When we were about to buy a new one, we found out that owning pepper spray here is treated almost the same as owning a firearm, so we decided not to buy it and now she has nothing for self‑defence.

I have a few questions about this.

First, regarding the legal sprays: I’ve read that they mark the aggressor with dye and that it’s difficult to remove. Apart from that, do they actually stop the attacker in any meaningful way, similar to pepper spray, or do they “just” mark the person’s face to make identification easier? Do you have any experience with them?

My second question is more hypothetical: if we bought a real pepper spray and she used it against an aggressor, would the law really treat her as if she had fired a gun at someone? Could she actually end up in prison?

Third, if you saw a woman carrying a proper pepper spray, would you genuinely treat her as someone carrying an illegal firearm and arrest her, or would you simply confiscate it or warn her?

And finally, do you have any legal suggestions for something she could carry to stop a potential attacker?

Ni si quiera soy de canarias pero no da la sensación de que se usa para meter ahí lo que no quieren en la península? Inmigrantes indocumentados, enfermos de virus contagiosos, etc. Si yo fuera de allí pensaría porqué no se llevan a los enfermos al barrio de salamanca? Tiene canarias algun tipo de ventaja con respecto a otras comunidades para compensar?
