I'm looking for old and traditional Kazakh music
Есенсіз бе? I'm searching for the most ancestral and authentic Kazakh music. How far back can we go back in the Kazakh musical tradition? Are there any works that are believed to preserve the oldest layers of Kazakh music? I'm especially interested in music that predates Russian influence and reflects the steppe's ancient nomadic heritage. Any recommendations for recordings, performers, or academic sources would be greatly appreciated.
I'm looking for someone to chat with so I can practice my Mongolian
My knowledge of the Mongolian language is still in its infancy, but I believe I can form basic sentences for communication. My primary goal right now is simply to chat, so I'm not asking you to teach me the entire language (although I would certainly appreciate any help!).
If you're interested, you can comment on this post or send me a DM. Preferably, we can chat through Reddit or Discord.
