Travel Credit Question

So I have $350 expiring at midnight (4 hours from now). I must admit I didn’t read the fine print. I thought all I had to do was book a flight by tonight which I was here doing when I got an error message saying “flight credit expires before trip”. Is there any way to rescue these funds? I would really hate for my money to go to waste.

“Milkshake” not really a milkshake.

This is my first visit to Sheetz and I’m quite disappointed. I ordered food along with a milkshake. On the menu it states “made with ice cream” not made with ice and cream. The server made my shake by adding milk, ice, and other ingredients in a blender. I tasted it and its literally a milk smoothie. Every sip is just thin layers of crunchy Ice and not smooth as a milkshake made with actual ice cream would be. I may give the food another try but I doubt I’ll ever order another milkshake from them.

Are food apps selling/sharing information with competitors?

I don’t have the Toast App but every time I google a particular restaurant to order, I use their preferred ordering website which is Toast. Whenever I click the link , within seconds I get a notification from the Slice App (which I have on my phone) asking me to order food from a non-affiliated restaurant. The first couple of times I thought it was a coincidence but now I realize it’s happening constantly. I googled the relationship between Toast and Slice and it said they are two separate companies but I’m wondering what permissions I agreed to when I downloaded the Slice App or if Toast is selling my data to Slice. Does this happen to anyone else?

What are these and are they edible?

The last time I posted here about finding berries while out in the park, I found out they were edible. I’m asking what are these and are they edible?

Stolen AirTag Help!

I had a bag stolen out of my car which had a AirTag in it. The AirTag is no longer findable. It’s showing as “no location” in the Find My app. Is there a way possible for me to find its last location? I’ve come to the realization that I won’t get the contents back but I’d like to at least see where it last pinged.

I just witnessed an impatient driver (with VA tags of course) in rush hour traffic on Druid Park Lake Drive (DPLD) by the intersection of Eutaw Place. They decided to leave the road and enter the park via the newly paved asphalt loop around the lake where there are no bollards. They did this while people were out on the walkway. They drove the loop from DPLD all the way to almost by the basketball section but couldn’t find an exit due to bollards and fencing inside the park. They then made a U turn and drove back to DPLD and entered the park from Swann Drive which was what they should have done in the first place.

I understand the need for a construction entrance from DPLD but after witnessing this, I’m a firm believer that bollards (even temporary ones) should be placed down the center of the new loop or the construction entrance should be closed at all times unless workers are entering or exiting.

What is this? I had new neighbors moved in and they’ve had this on their door handle going on two months now.
