How do I get more vitamin b?

According to Cronometer, I don’t get the RDA of vitamin bs. How do I get more vitamin bs without supplementing? Should I just put 5 grams of nutritional yeast on my food daily or should I add more foods? If so, what foods do you recommend that are high in the vitamin b I am missing?

Whats the best Alagae oil with a sufficient amount of DHA and EPA?

I was looking at Nordic Naturals but I wasn't sure if it contained enough DHA and EPA? Is Nordic a good option or should I try something else? Also, I heard some people only take Alagae oil three times a week to cut down costs. Can I do this or do I have to take one every day?

Edit: I do get enough of omega 3 ALA (above the rda) through flax seeds but I just want to play it safe in case the ALA doesn’t convert into DHA/EPA.

Should I take a supplement or nutritional yeast to get my vitamin b12?

I’ve been taking a deva multivitamin to get my b12 but I’ve been wondering if I should just eat nutritional yeast instead since I always hear people (and doctors) criticizing supplements. What way is healthier and more efficient when getting vitamin b 12?

She told me that her husband threatened to kill her while driving recklessly with her two year old son in the back seat. He also swears at her, calling her derogatory names such as “bitch“ and “pussy”. Every time he gets angry, he threatens to divorce her. He blames every thing that is his fault on her. He has threatened to beat her multiple times as well (even though she says he would never act on it.) They also broke up once a while back and he threatened to kill himself if she didn't take him back.

They are currently going to couples therapy (which I read can make things worse). To make things worse, they are also having a second child. Last time I was over at their house, he was spanking his two year old son and telling him to shut up and to stop being a sissy. I lost my temper with him (I have before) even though I shouldn’t have.

I’m seriosuly concerned that things will esclate. He also has multiple guns in the house and comes from an abusive household. My family members tell me I’m over reacting and it’s not abuse, but I’m also certain it is. What do you think and what should I do (I’ve already told her to leave but maybe I should do more?)

Unfortunately, I have yelled at many people during my meltdowns in the past. I am currently in therapy working on regulating my anger and emotions. However, I’m having a difficult time moving past my guilt. I feel like a monster. Does anyone else struggle with guilt and blame? If so, how do you cope with it.
