AITA- my cousin has held a grudge against me for three years because of one little thing I did.

Let’s call my cousin K. K and I used to be friends when we were kids. No we are adults and K gave birth to her son three years ago.
Shortly after she had her son, I made a side-by-side photo of the baby and the grandpa, because I thought her newborn looked just like her deceased father (my uncle). I sent it to my aunt (K’s mom)because I thought the resemblance was interesting. my aunt forwarded it K who became extremely angry. K texted me it was very inappropriate what I did, I didn’t reply the text and we haven’t spoken since.

I never intended to insult her, I understand she may have found it uncomfortable, but I didn’t have bad intentions at the time, also it was her mother that sent her that side by side photo.

Fast forward three years later. Now my aunt tells me my cousin K has had depression and STILL brings up this “insulting photo incident” whenever they argue at home. K thinks I’m evil for “insulting her baby and her dad” , she believes her mother treats my family and I better than her, and my aunt’s friendship with me seems to offend K.

My aunt begged me to apologize to K because she’s burned out from her depressed daughter arguing with her every day. My aunt knows the whole thing is dumb but wants me to apologize to K anyway so her daughter will stop bringing up something from three years ago.

I flat out said no. While it was probably not appropriate of me to do so, I also don’t feel I deserve this treatment. I feel like I’m being pulled into a mother-daughter conflict that has nothing to do with me. If I apologize when I don’t believe I did something wrong, I worry I’ll have to apologize to K for something else in the future.
At the same time, I feel terrible seeing my aunt so distressed.

AITA for insisting on not apologizing?

Has anyone tried Ihuoma

So it’s a UK brand similar to Studio Pia: silk, natural elements, ethical , independent…etc. it’s so expensive but I don’t really see any reviews about the brand. Has anyone here ever tried it ?

For those who are NC, were your parents abusive

I read many stories here and it seems many people who are NC or low contact with parents is because their parents were abusive, whether physically or emotionally. I’ve been thinking about going NC or low contact with my mom but I also ask myself if I’m “overreacting” since my mom didn’t abuse me or starve me when I was a kid. But we don’t get along and fight all the time, she also constantly says insensitive tone deaf things that hurt me a lot, and she would never apologize because of her ego. In short she’s “only” guilty of being insensitive, tone deaf, uncaring, unsupportive, selfish and often absent.

I guess I’m not sure if I “qualify” to cut my mom off due to the lack of physical abuse.

Not sure what to do here

I’ve always had a rocky relationship with my tone deaf mom, I don’t think I’d label her as abusive, more like she’s tone deaf and insensitive, constantly says and does things that pizz me off, and she’s that baby boomer that never has the ego to apologize or talk about her feelings, in short we don’t speak each other’s language.

After I had my baby I haven’t been back to my hometown, but recently I need to, to get documents for my baby. Anyway my mom did another super tone deaf thing that upset me, so I wrote her a super long message about how she hurt me and I need space and distance from her. Being the tone deaf person she is, instead of responding she just kept calling me or sending me messages to talk about irrelevant things, all of which I ignored. I also left the family chat group because she started sending the messages there.

We always had a strange dynamic, but I never really officially considered cutting her out of my life entirely. Not sure what to do now, but I do know I don’t wanna talk to her for the sake of my mental health.

Also I don’t know if I should allow her to see my baby when I return to my hometown. On one hand I don’t want to deal with my mom, on the other hand I’m afraid my baby will grow up to resent me because I didn’t let her meet grandma. I feel like it should be my daughter’s own choice whether she wants to see grandma or not, but she’s a baby now. guess I’m just venting and looking for support as I’m new to this ?

Question about I will find you (spoilers)

So Hayden kidnaps his son who isn’t his son but kills another boy to replace the body. Then his mother always has to clean up his mess. But it looks like Nicky and the Paynes weren’t working together. If they were not working together, then how were the Paynes originally going to get away with murder? Who were they going to frame for the boy’s death? Or were they like “Oh looks like David got arrested, we’ll just let that happen”.
Also Nicky had Ronald call Cheryl to the hospital that night, so she wouldn’t be home. How does Nicky know the boy was about to be kidnapped?

How does she still have all this money

She’s still living in her mansion and having an extravagant life but how ? She hasn’t released music in years, hasn’t toured or performed in a super long time, does not appear on tv shows or interviews recently, she does nothing but post cringe videos all day. How is her wealth not disappearing?

What to do when size fluctuates?

I’ve been experiencing a difference in sizes recently, not sure if it’s temporary, not sure if I’ll ever go back to my original sizes. As an addict I’ve been purchasing things that fit me NOW, but what should I do about all my older stuff , if I don’t ever go back to the original size ? Some of them are statement pieces such as studio Pia, so I don’t feel like selling them.
