Why is average pre33 so hated now.

I end up melting most of these that come in for 99% of spot.

They don’t really move on PMs for sale at spot, they don’t sell in store for spot.

Best offers I get are less than the refinery is paying.

I still love them and think more people should be stacking pre33.

It also amazes me how many people said FU to the fed and did not turn them in.

As some of you may have saw in a recent post on here, someone has a fake slabbed 1878 the cert number is legit

the slab looks sussy.

this coin does not look aged correctly

the coin also looks like a crappy fake but aside from that if you look at the cert photos which i included it is clearly not the same coin with the same flaws on it.

missing PMD on the edge of the observe, missing scratches really so many issues with the fake coin.

I figured i would make a post for others to give more tips for people to look for when buying graded gold.

personally i recommend stacking gold but sometimes its worth buying for the right price.
