The light from ceiling fan is too directional and not bright enough for board games. The single recessed can light is more mood lighting. I am thinking about adding a bunch more recessed cans but wanted the opinion of the reddit hive mind.

I'm sitting there filling up kegs and suddenly there's a bang and there's a stream up to the ceiling of product and macerated berries. 15 foot radius of red gore and my back of all things is covered.

Going to a festival next week. I'm making a bunch of sourdough. What's the best way to keep it good? Current plan is freeze it in vacuum sous vide bags, then store in the ice chest but I was wondering if anyone has a fool proof method.
