Hi all. 48F w pale/freckled skin. Before dry eye diagnosis 3 years ago I wore face sunscreen almost daily. Usually a combo w moisturizer. Now I only use it on days when I will be outside for more than 10 min bc all the ones Ive tried have bothered my eyes. What are you all using that doesnt bother eyes? Recently ive been using the vanicream bc its good for sensitive skin (which i have) but I still get burning in my eyes. I see some old posts on here from 4 yrs ago about this topic but didn't see anything recent. Thanks for the help!​

I've had chronic dry eye for 3 years. Decently managed at this point but I guess I rub my eyes more than a normal person? Anyhow I woke up yesterday with broken blood vessels in my eye, my 2nd time having this in a year. I know it will resolve itself etc but wondering if we think dry eye sufferers are more prone to this? ​

Im a 47F, had migraines since my 20s that ramped up when I hit 42. Ive been on Ajovy since April 2025. Totally amazing re migraines. Really cut them down and made symptoms more manageable. I noticed initially it made me more constipated so I tried to adjust diet etc and it mostly worked and I thought ok I can deal with this. But now even though migraines are so well controlled....my GI system is a mess. Now its like I have IBS which I didn't have before! Terrible days of nausea and diarrhea way too often and now its so rare that I get a normal bowel movement. I am seeing my neuro in August and will discuss. Anyone else have this significant of a GI side effect?

Wore a new pair of Lizzie pants from J Crew factory today. Lightweight, great for summer, nice enough for work with the right top, high rise, and wide leg but not overwhelming. Best of all i am 5'-0" and they drape ever so perfectly over the top of my shoes. Plus they have a little stretch! I also bought cropped Ella pants in a bright blue - they felt similar when trying them on but havent worn them yet bc i cannot decide about the color.
