Avatar Aang: What did you think of this scene?
I've seen some people being split on this scene. Some claim Aang was being a bad boyfriend and lowkey OOC for stubbornly putting his friends' and girlfriend's lives in danger, while others think it's understandable given the circumstances and Aang's emotional turmoil in this movie, and that it's a good example of how to write conflict between our main couple without coming across as toxic or contrived.
What did you guys think of their conflict? Do you think Aang was OOC in this scene? I personally think it was handled pretty well, and I liked that they aren't just a perfect idealized couple that's always on the same page. Characters are allowed to have flaws.
Sometimes they'll fight, but it's the love and respect for one another that allows them to overcome those conflicts in a healthy manner, like we see later in the movie.
She knew what she was getting herself into 😂 [@kihyunryu]
Cute little gem I found on Tiktok [@naslie9288]
The grangran part kills me everytime lol
⚠️ Serious topic ⚠️: Who was the big spoon? [@caroline-draws-stuff]
I think Katara used to spoon him because she was taller and her hair would get in his face, but once puberty hit him like a truck Katara couldn't resist being held by those air hunk arms and they switched.
Tho occasionally she would miss the old arrangement and would be his little jetpack for the night.
Katara was supposed to be pregnant in the new movie! 🥹
We just got shown some official early concept art for Katara, and apparently she was supposed to be pregnant with Bumi ❣️
Here are the photos. Kinda wish we could've seen her like this now 🥺
