What's the Truth? Dashboard Mileage VS Real?
The dashboard shows 7.1km/kWh but the real calculation shows it is only 5.9km/kWh. What should we really consider here? Also, is this mileage considered healthy?

Need Advice! No OC No RERA.
There's a Villa Project in Gandipet with the name NN Lakefront. They apparently do not have OC or RERA number and they claim that since it is in Gram Panchayat, they won't generally have it. Is this true or is the builder trying to scam me? Please suggest.
