Return from 17 days of vacations and impressed with battery retention!

After a wonderful vacations in Portugal, Algarve, I return to the spring Lithuania (global warming? Come to Lithuania and enjoy the rain 😀) and had a very good surprise! I left the Renault 5 unplug and with 68% of battery. On the return I had 66%!

Just 2% lost in 17 days is impressive! And having in consideration it was connected to the House wifi even more.

NOTE: not everything is beautiful- the app on my phone never updated. Until I open the car, on arrival, it was still showing the data from 17 days ago.

First summer impressions after the motor software update

Well, the update took 2 days. And 1 hour with the car closed - by the update instructions.

We know how the placebo effect works, but It seems that changing gears from Reverse to B is smoother. I never had a problem, my wife always complained. I will wait for her opinion...

The motor response appears, placebo effect?, more linear and more awake!

But the good thing is, city drive, the range guessOmeter - but that is probably because outside now are 24c.

Waiting for the next updates - this one went smoothly 👍

Finnaly, the first update

Like the title says, my first update, since I bought it in October.

Probably is because I'm in Lithuania, but I think I'm missing at least 3 updates

'Summer' arrived, so I changed the tires to the eco continental that come with the car. They made like 4 kms, at delivery (end of October) and change them to winter ones.

Even that is summer, and no software updates yet, in Lithuania, the car is now behaving better.

Note : in increase the tire pressure to 0.1 more than Renault says.

10.3 kw/100 kms? I take it!

City drive with a 80 kms/h road part.

Having a medium fast charger station (47kw) at 0.30 cents per kw is a dream.

Now more, with the unbelievable prices of diesel.

So i'm comfortable with 5 euros per 100 kms, even that the Renault 5 is not the best car / efficient to do highways.

Note : winter tires, 5 degrees and driving at 110 km/h.
