Is there any course online free that would teach me technical skills

Hey, i was wondering if there are any online resources by which i can learn some hands on skills, aiming for repair stuff like pc repair or mobile repairing. Well not to make money but as a community service and probably to learn practical knowledge that theoretical courses would miss. Ie as a tool to supercharge my hobbyist engineering skills and perhaps electronics wont go to bin every now and then. Thanks for reading.

Is there a base flexibility level if some one posess can well easily get into contortion? Regardless of sex.

Hey as a man with decent flexibility is there any set of skill checklist like front split, side split. Touching elbow to toe or touching or even squeezing past knees or shoulders able to go quite far to the back of head.

I mean any check list that if x could do p then x probably has a decent chance of actually being decently elite level (not true elite roughly top 20 to 30 %)

Thanks for reading

{Oh By sex i ment Gender. Sorry for confusion}

Is walking around in kumite match legal?

Hey I am doing karate and saw people just leap in one place ie unlike normal walking or movement where we cross leggs to basically move w super agility, leaping feels a bit one wayish(obv with no hate or critic just curiosity on why we have to leap in one stance) . Well I did try to read the WKF ruleset but a bit lost, well by walking around look at taido, been seeing how they move super fast on all dir, changing stance a bit and fisting up i think normal zenkusudachi can be used to do similler movement. So is it legal? Thanks!

What the heck is this internal energy scientifically?

Hey, i am one of those physics student with a 0 to 1 score out of 100 on spiritual stuff. Assuming energy is and always defined as force * distance or at best by noether theorem the quantaty conserved under time symmetry. What the heck is internal energy seen in internal martial art truly is? Is it hyper optimized biomechamics or kinetic chain or what? During training exactly what happens inside body that cause such stuff to develop? And is it truly legit? Finally in case of it being legit how sports science describe it or does any modern sports use it just under a different label. I mean if we strip the language and cultural barrier what remaims?

How to get started on contortion as a man?

Hey I am 20. Currently i can do front and side splits and touch my elbow to hand. Well basic flexibility stuff. When i was a kid, basically according to my parents i could do this stuff since i was a kid. Well due to academic reasons and my mother kinda telling me to not do stuff due to being tired of sewing my pants, i stopped doing this stuff after 10. Fast forward 18 and i joined karate club. Well during there well in 19 i decided to actually give a shot and i think roughly 1 week later achieved the range and still kept. Ok the boring parts out. So can i improve further than basic splits and actually push myself to be more flexible. Ie expert opinion on this topic. (Hey i am sorry if my wording sounds like offensive or prideful. English isnt my first lang. So yeah, just genuine advice on perhaps actually getting into contortion for good instead of just keeping it as haha party trick. I mean i think i am just a bit tad blessed or cursed with a bit more lose body part than avg cause my left hands finger can still touch the back fist.)

Ps if you read my long messy and boring question, thanks a lot. I am just seeking proper advice.

Is there a protocol or righteous method to extract bunkai information from kata.(that can be done without additional money ie only sourcing free stuff)

Hey shito ryu karataka here. In my style there is like tons of katas. Now from jessie enkap videos i learned there are tons of bunkais hidden within them. Heck i read what jessie posted to extract bunkai from kata. However i kinda didnt get it. Like whats this fixed pattern or action pattern or stuff that makes up the kata being the bunkai start and end.

And ian abhethany, though master of it, i cant afford his DVDs due to well, country money inflation and so on(heck cant buy hollow knight due to same reason)

So in conclusion, i want to learn bunkai or decypher then. How to do it. And can one use examples like with bassai dai or haian shodan. Thanks in advance.
