Really struggling with 4-1:

Can anyone recommend some “chainmail for dummy’s” esque tutorials because I just seriously can’t seem to get the hang of things! It just doesn’t seem to want to lie flat! I want to make a head piece :(

Recommendations on how to make a piece similar to this:

I can’t seem to find any flat, sequins like the ones in the picture. Can anyone recommend any patterns or tips and tricks to get a similar look? Thank you :)

Early dating stress!

Hi guys,

I recently started dating a guy who’s so so lovely. I established my boundaries with him that I’d like to take things slow as I struggle with limerence and rushing into relationships too quickly and Id like to take it slow with him as I’d like for it to work out. He agreed.

However, my BPD is going wild. With us taking things slow, I feel like as though he doesn’t like me because I’m so used to at this stage, things being official and being stuck in the routine of saying I love someone so so quickly. I know slow is the best bet for me, but I’m literally making myself physically sick with all the overthinking that comes with it.

I think I’m just worried that taking it slow gives him more time to back out and change his mind about how he feels about me. If we’re not exclusive, he may find someone better or he may just realise I’m not what he wants.

I’ve briefly mentioned my BPD to him and I do think he could do more to reassure me, which is something I would like to have a conversation about. When we first started dating, I didn’t see longterm with him but the more I’ve gotten to know him, the more I think I want him as he’s so kind and gentle with me in person, but he’s quite distant over text (he said he just doesn’t check his phone too much) so I suppose this is also something I’m struggling with.

Any advice welcome :)

Alternative to “she said”?

Hi guys,

I’m struggling with finding alternatives to “she said.”

I’m not sure how I feel about super flowery for my novel as it’s written from the view point of a teen in the 90s but I feel like I’m repeating it a lot!

Thanks :)
