Is it possible to lose weight while breastfeeding without tanking my supply?

Whoever said breastfeeding will make you lose weight is a LIARRR LOL! I have heard so many conflicting stories on whether or not eating in a caloric deficit will affect my supply and I want to be sure that I can do so safely and still be able to feed my EBF baby. Any success stories out there?

How are you entertaining your LO each month?

I’m a new parent and I feel like I keep googling what developmentally friendly activities to do with my LO, but I still feel like I have no clue what I’m doing! My son is turning 9 weeks tomorrow and so far I just do tummy time with him and say really exaggerated vowel sounds to try to get him to mimic me (he really likes the “O” sound haha) during his wake hours. I just want to know what other parents are doing or have done each month to try to train for milestones?

Should I rehome my cat?

So I have 4 cats (3 boys and 1 girl), the girl cat has always been very shy but her confidence lately is absolutely nonexistent and I fear she just lives in a constant state of fear now. I got my most recent boy cat about a year ago and things were great until a few months ago to where he gets along great with one of the cats but is a complete bully to my oldest cat and my girl cat. He won’t even let my girl cat out of my bedroom and it has lead to her now constantly peeing on my bed. I’ve taken her to the vet already and ruled out a UTI and so I believe she’s doing it to mark her territory as she usually sleeps above my head and that is where I will wake up and find a urine soaked pillow. I’ve tried placing another litter box by the bed but it has not helped and not only am I worried about her happiness, but I’m also at my wits end as I have a newborn and am exhausted having to change my bedding constantly. I’m wondering if rehoming is the best option for her but it crushes my heart since I’ve had her since she was a kitten. I’ve tried looking up advice before and have attempted play therapy but she is just so fearful to come out from under bed that she just will not even engage. How do i go about this situation and what is the best option for me to pick here?
