Just wondering about the 120m limit. Is it 120m above home point? Like, can i fly at 5000m in the mountain uo to 5120m?

J'ai un PEA que j'alimente à hauteur de 500euros par mois (principalement pour ne pas payer de frais selon mon profil). J'ai une question que je n'arrive pas à trancher.

J'alimente en DCA tous les mois, mais de façon aléatoire, genre un mois le 10, un autre le 31, un autre le 2 etc... Un peu parce que j'oublie, un peu parce que je n'ai aucun argument pour le faire de façon régulière (genre tous les 12 du mois par ex)...

Est-ce que ça change quelque chose?

I had a minor crash this week with my mini 4k. I didn't have care refresh active but gimbal is perfect so I applied with video verification. There is an arm that isn't folding anymore but it's flying without issues. I'm currently on a videography project and I want to keep using it for a couple of weeks still. Then, I'll ask dji to send a replacement.

Is there any issues in doing that? Like, will dji still accept my claim even if they see the crash happened weeks before?

Follow up question, is there a log they can read indicating the crash time? Thanks!

I'm wondering something while shooting in 4k. Do I lose quality if I just shoot without zoom and then zoom like 150% in post, or is it better to use the x2 while flying already? Or is it the same?

That being said, I often read here people saying replying to users about adding propeller protection or other things, that they shouldn't as it would put them above the 250g legislation limit (yes, there are other reasons which are not the point of my post).

My honest thought is: ok, but who cares? I mean, who will know? I understand the law and I'm not complaining about it. Just wondering why someone with a mini drone should be worried about this seriously... Like, did you have any experience where you got checked and someone weighed the drone to fine you?

I'm using the drone respecting the laws. But it seems impossible for someone to 1) see my drone 2) decide they should spend their time investigating it 3) find me 4) weight my drone 5) fine me.

Do those drones leave like a waves signal that some people in some areas can catch in order to come and check you? I imagine a radar with a small bip bip bip dot for you drone. Does this exist? Any experiences on this enforcement?

I'm looking in the used market for a mini 4k. I found one that is allegedly new and never flew but the owner say they live near schools so they cannot show me the drone taking off. Apparently they get a message saying "forbidden to fly" (which they can't show as they are not with the drone when i asked).

This seems very shady to me and dealbreaker already so I moved on, but still wondered... Is it possible that a mini 4k would be locked completely from taking off in a sensible area?
