Hi, I’ve been a lurker for a while and I love seeing everyone’s ESSA, it’s made me feel better as an adult who suffers with anxiety and has a collection of plushies (all are precious to me and make me feel a million times better), especially with how kind/welcoming the community appears to be

Before I ask my question I’ll provide some context:

As well as being diagnosed with anxiety, I have AuDhd + Depression and have been severely bullied in the past (still traumatised by it) it gets to the point where all of these still remain and I dislike going outside alone

Today, I got invited to go to the movies with some lovely people who I consider some friends, but I declined cause I immediately felt uneasy/terrified, even to the point where I currently feel like crying right now just because of this as I wanted to go to this event but was also terrified

Anyway, I was curious if it’d help if I got an ESSA, I’ve always wanted to take some of my plushies with me but always panicked about losing them as they are precious to me + am afraid of getting harassed + judged but I wondered if getting an ESSA to take with me to certain places would help, so I thought I’d ask here, has anyone with similar experiences or has an ESSA have any advice/experience? Would you recommend it?

Even if it’s things like correcting me over things like terminology or letting me know whether this post is ok or not will help a lot, no matter how small or ‘silly’ it may be, I also don’t mind if you also comment for the sake of asking me a question or to elaborate

Nope, this is not a negative rant, I just wanted to share my weird dream that somehow related to my Mii’s

It all started with my two happily married Mii’s having a wedding so their sister can breakdance (for some reason), but for the wedding other family members started coming to my island (mostly cousins, aunts, uncles etc.)

Squidward (yes Squidward) had an argument with someone and was still angry, for some reason he decided to kick the visiting Mii’s into the ocean where they just kinda froze there, slowly letting the water take them whilst I had to constantly fish them out of the water, Squidward still not settling down and continuing to kick the Mii’s into the ocean, and everyone else did NOT care, they just kinda continued what they were doing

Really, that was all that happened in the dream, I had been thinking about this all day that I HAD to share it here

Hopefully this post doesn’t break any rules or stuff, I just wanted to share
