With the end of this campaign all participating divers recieved Eagle Gas Strike, and as the time of this post it is currently innacessible via requisition store. My guess is that it will be available at october, as well as supply FRV.
For now, we know that it is quite useful as stratagem, having wide area of effect, 50 demo force (like orbital gas strike, orbital precistion strike and etc.). However, the fact of it having 50 demo force has been present as a bug (source - Arrowhead's Known Issues page). Maybe it will be downgraded to 40 demo force, similar to Eagle Smoke Strike.
Nonetheless, I found this stratagem an extremely great utility tool, which is able to confuse enemies, close choke points and destroy most of enemy spawners.

How lucky can I be to recieve a warning from Discord for using the report system in its correct way (one report to zoo porn "art" posted on Space Station 13 server by the way)? I guess discord simply loves people posting guro and zoo content in their nsfw channels (as long as they pay for their nitro subscription). I simply cannot withstand how terrible ai moderation is. At this point they gotta scrap this report button out if they give warnings to anyone who wants to keep this platform safe from sexual deviants..
