I hate this soo much, is there a fix for these bubbles that I get all over my toes.. And all around my fingers too.. it's so depressing

Every few hours if I just swipe my hand across the table i find this type of dust on it. I DEEP clean my room every week, wipe down the table and every other surface pretty much everyday. Windows are locked all the time and when I do open the balcony door sometimes it's only to change the stale air and I open it for less that 15 mins in a day.

This dust looks like gathered bunch of tiny little fibres that seem to appearing out of nowhere no matter how much I clean my room and not let outside air come in.

PLEASE help me fix this issue it's driving me nuts 🙏
