Supplements for anti-inflammatory benefit?

My husband's neurologist agreed taking an anti-inflammatory supplement could be beneficial--not Advid or RX anti-inflammatory but something like Fish Oil or others supplement.
Any recommendations from those who use daily supplements?
Also any recommendations for any other supplements?
He takes a sublingual B vitamin and a daily senior vitamin.
There are so many different brands marketing similar products it is very difficult to know what are reliably produced.

Have woman's clothing to donate

I have been on Zepbound since Jan and have had success.
My clothing is one or two sizes too large for me--plus sizes.
Most of it is wearable even if not "stylish" and some is almost new --dressier things I got right before I started Zepbound for Christmas didn't have occasion to wear.
I hate to drop it at Goodwill for it to profit off of.

Will be going through my closet and making two piles--good to better and not so great.
Probably have some shoes as well since even my feet losing weight--but I know that is more iffy item.
Suggestions appreciated.

RX med for protein in urine causing soft stools

Our dog is 6 yr old min schnauzer, neutered male. Has had excellent health until past 5-6 months when vet said protein in his urine is too much. Put him on reduced protein diet and RX med that didn't really work. Now he is on different med for like 10 days and his stools are very soft to almost liquid at times. At first I thought he maybe ate something because he will try that on walks but now I can trace it back to new RX. He has been waking up during the night, sometimes 230, sometimes 5 am to go outside which he didn't do--so his cycle is also off.

When I google the med, one of side effects in dogs is diarrhea. Technically he has more soft stools vs diarrhea which I consider more numerous and progressive to liquid. He has about the same number of poops, just very soft... but I am also giving him tablespoon of pumpkin w/food once a day, probiotics to help reduce loose stools, a paste w/kaolin for loose stools, and using rice w/his kibble for bulk w/o fiber.
The vet said to use FortiFlora but I really think that is not beneficial as probiotic because of ingredients.

My question is really about the med itself. He hasn't had protein urine test or BP check since he started this--takes about 2 wks for change to show.
IF this med is working to help the protein issue--is having loose stools a side effect he just has to endure? And I am sure we will be talking to vet after his BP check on Tues.

He is not lethargic, doesn't seem to have lot of gastric distress although he did fart from time to time before taking this new RX and that hasn't stopped. He has energy, likes to play and has never gone to bathroom in house--he is exceptional in that regard. But we also don't leave him alone for really long periods of time---2 or 3 hours max and are careful when we feed him knowing we will be going out.

Just wondered if anyone else had to make choice between beneficial RX and some unpleasant side effects....
This dog's poop was pretty much the perfect example of what poo should look like so he had great GI tract before this med...

Can you make judgements about mental status by changes in viewing habits?

My husband/77 was diagnosed about 18 mo ago but may have had PD for longer. He had essential tremor for years. He has been given very positive assessments by physical therapists he has worked with since diagnosis and is going to boxing 3 times a week, walks and is able to handle most household activities w/o problem.

But I have noticed that his viewing habits have changed in certain ways over the last months and years. In the last 6 months or so, I have noticed his attention span seems shorter--he skips from program to program a lot trying to find something to hold his attention. He can start a movie and get bored and leave it to look for something else. While we both are liberal, he spends time daily watching podcasts on YouTube streaming that are more vehement than say MSNBC hosts are. He watches lot of what I call "junk" that are bits and pieces of personally shot videos like "pets" or "prat falls" where the time span is under a minute and then moves to another episode. There are other programs he watches that are normal programming like following his baseball team on MLB or shows like NAKED/AFRAID, ALONE, the gold mining shows-- ones he followed before his diagnosis--but there is lot of channel jumping.

I don't watch lot of tv/steaming anymore. I am usually reading on my iPad if I am not doing stuff around the house. If I want to watch something, I use my iPad because I don't enjoy most of the shows he watches....this has been a slow progression over the past 15 yrs since he retired--so not all because of the PD aspect--and I imagine it happens to other couples as they age. But I am usually sitting at the table in our kitchen/LA open plan and can see the tv and hear it...so I noticed pretty easily when he changes programs.

Can something like this be a symptom of change in his mental processing due to PD?
Or is it just being bored because it is easier to sit/watch streaming vs do something?
We live in Gulf coast FL and the summer is hot/humid--makes it difficult to be outside for any activity so he does spend time in front of TV (or on his computer) more than outside.

Bought a day pass vs subscription

My sister loves the SA Spurs and some prior playoff games were only available at times on ESPN. Games 5-7 haven't announced their streaming sites yet. So I bought a Sling DayPass this week to see how easy it was to use in case one of them is ESPN access.
Created account for her to access and bought one-day Pass.
Had to use Amazon Pay when Apple Pay was rejected for some reason, but didn't want to leave a card on file for intermittent use.
Thought going in that I could buy the pass and then it would not start the 24 hrs right away--but would give you the option of using it--like you can buy a movie on Amazon or Apple but not watch it right after.

That isn't how the DayPass works--the 24 hrs of access starts immediately.
Which just means you can't act too far ahead of an event you want to watch.
And I guess if you get a 3 day or 7 day pass those run concurrently as well, so you are using all days back to back. So depends on why you need access as to timeline.

But the buying and connecting part went pretty seamlessly. And glad to have this option going forward.
My sister doesn't have lot of free money to spend on subscriptions that would go unwatched most of the time.
Plus she can use the Freestream option on Sling w/o needing one.
Older shows but that's ok to just pass the time.
