has anyone else had problems with friends/family after selling their cars?

I have a Chase United card that I have been using for 20+ years. I use it for all my recurring payments and all of our travel expenses. My wife regularly receives offers to sign up for her own United membership, but is it worth it? If I use my card to buy all the tickets, even when she's traveling without me, would the points be split between us? Is it better to accumulate all the points under a single account? Or is there a "doubling up" option that I'm missing?

I just saw three large helicopters heading towards the Sugar Land Airport around 1:30 this afternoon. Anyone else? Are they military? Here for some kind of flyover?
I love Cidercade but love in Sugar Land, so the 90 minute round trip is a deterrent. Is there anything remotely close on the southwest or west side?

I visit my local Kroger about 2-3 times a week and I'm recognized regularly by many of the employees. About 3 months ago one of them gave me a tip... after 6:30pm the deli cuts the price of their rotisserie chickens in half. That's less than $3 each! So now, at least once a week, I make an early evening run to get a chicken which is great for sandwiches, snacking, soups, etc.
