I don't understand the "Programmed Psychosis" achievement

What is the purpose of going online and playing alone for this achievement?? It's basically the same run as in the single player, no? Also, will I get the achievement of finishing the mission, if I *spoiler* >!activate the bombs?!<

Why can't people convert cm to feet normally???

I see that 6'4 is 198, 192, 194... Even google doesn't have one exact suggestion how much that is, hahahaha. How tall am I in feet if I am 195 cm? And also, how do I get flair? Sorry, couldn't find it😞

How do I count my maintainance calories??

Sorry, this might not be that place to ask that, but still. I know how to calculate my base nutrition, but it doesn't give you full information about what you're spending, even if you just do nothing all day, you are going to be spending more than that, soo please, help me
