People who stopped playing Kingshot

We've all seen them. A video in which someone holds a tiny microphone and speaks into it. It annoys me sooooo much.
I love genealogy research but have exhausted most of what I can discover about my ancestors. So if you need some help with looking up your Finnish ancestors, I have a couple of days free and could maybe be of help. Just dm me! 🙂
edit: Offer no longer stands, thanks to InAppropriate-meal.
I spent a month playing the game. Got really into it and even bought some things with my actual money. I was constantly checking my phone, especially after the leader of our alliance gave me a R3 rank and I felt more responsibility for the alliance.
I knew it wasn't healthy and I never liked how addictive the game is designed to be. So even though I had just bought a new package for the next month and our alliance was making some big plans that required my presence, I deleted the game from my phone.
It was absolutely the best decision for me. I recommend it.
I'd really like to read some fanfiction in which Watson is f. ex. kidnapped or someone takes revenge on Holmes by hurting Watson. Basically hurt Watson, and Holmes to the rescue! 😅
What kind of education do primary school teachers have in your country? How many years and what do they study to become teachers?
I heard a collegue yelling this at a 12-year-old boy. Granted, the child has behavioral issues and can be difficult to manage. I understand why my colleague lost his patience, but he had no right to say that to the poor kid.
This kid has behavioral issues, sure, but he has had a really difficult life. His mom is in prison for serious crimes and his sibling killed themselves. This child is traumatized and acting out because of it. He's really sweet when it's one-on-one.
How would you react if you heard a colleague say that to any child, let alone a deeply traumatized one?
I've dealt with the situation already, but that comment keeps coming up in my mind even though this happened weeks ago.
I saw the post about Henry Cavill as Holmes and that made me wonder which other actors could've made a fine Sherlock Holmes (aside from Jeremy Brett who was perfect for the role).
My suggestion: Adrian Brody
We've all read it. Two characters get together, maybe it's a fake relationship, maybe not. So far so good. But then the other characters go mental about it: they make threats ("hurt him, and I'll kill you"), they make a huge deal out of it (like, they may make loud exclamations etc.), life-worn characters may suddenly become immature and giggly... and so on, you know the deal. It's made into a huge deal by everyone.
In real life, when people hear a couple has just gotten together, there's usually a congratulations, maybe a question or two, and then people move on. No one is that invested in other people's relationships. It's just... weird. Especially if it's a sibling going way too overprotective like, "don't you dare touch my baby brother." Or if the other characters pester the couple with questions to find out whether they've kissed or had sex yet.
Dude, that's just creepy.
When my baby brother, of whom I'm very protective, got himself a girlfriend, I said hi to the girlfriend and asked where they met. Then we had dinner. I didn't threaten her, or loudly comment about their relationship, or giggle.
(Sorry. I just read some Sherlock fanfics in which these grown men and everyone around them act like teenagers. Needed to vent.)
edit: The point is, the couple behaves and gets treated like teens.
I saw someone wondering about this, so I wrote a few examples. Feel free to add your own examples, too, if you're so inclined. 🙂

G writing: Sherlock held John's hand as they sat down on the bed.
T writing: Sherlock pulled John to the bed, and they kissed. John tightened his hold on Sherlock, his heart swelling with all the things he hadn't said yet. Sherlock's body was a secret, one he intended to discover. He would never forget the night that followed, their shared adventure – the first of its kind.
M writing: Sherlock tightened his hold on John's hand, and John climbed onto the bed to straddle those lean thighs, his swelling heart pounding in his throat. They kissed, all the words left unspoken exchanged now by the touch of tongues. When finally John took his position and they became one, it was the collision of two unyielding oceans, undulating waves sanding ancient rocks, a sailor plunging into the depths of the Mariana Trench to discover its forbidden secrets. It was peace, and it was passion, and afterward they were both slain by the unforgiving spear of Aphrodite.
E writing: John stopped fisting his cock when Sherlock yanked him on top of him, the mattress dipping under them. Sherlock's cock brushed against John's thigh, hot and hard and leaking, and John groaned into Sherlock's mouth, scraping his nails along the expanse of the bare chest. He was so close already, the pressure building up in his balls. (And so on.)
