I (32 year old) graduated with a PhD from an ontario university last year. After that I left Canada and is currently working for a US company from my home country (independent contractor, salary $230K USD). I hold a valid canadian PGWP, but havent used it yet. I had an active PhD stream OINP EOI, however, since I wasn't inside Canada, I didn't get the invitation to apply.

Im looking at what options I have for PR. I know one option is to return to Canada and get experience using PGWP.

Looking for a driving instructor/school in the Kakkanad area. I have a learner's licence but I'm a complete beginner. Most schools want me to enroll in a full package and book the test immediately, which I'm not looking for. Prefer one-on-one lessons (daily or weekly) to gain confidence and driving experience. Any recommendations?

I applied for a TRV from India. I hold a valid canadian work permit. I need to travel to US for few weeks (I hold a valid US visa). If i get a passport submission request, can I submit the passport in US to get it stamped?

I’m visiting Trivandrum for a day, and my work should wrap up around 1 pm. My return flight is at 7 pm, so I’m looking for a comfortable place with AC where I can hang out or work until then. Preferably a café or a similar spot close to the airport or at least within a 30 min drive from it.
