Optic Plate Reccomendations for PDP Pro and RMR HD

I was wondering if there are any recommendations for a good optics plate. I was looking at Calculated Kinetics, but it doesn't seem like they have any offerings. Thanks!

RMR HD vs. 507comp Reticle Clarity

Has anyone compared the above optics side-by-side? I saw the 507comp today and it was the first pistol optic that did not bloom for me. Is the RMR HR’s reticle clarity similar? I was about to pull the trigger on one but now I am not sure. Thanks!

Any good deals right now on a PDP Pro-E 4.5

Looking to buy a PDP Pro-E, but does anyone know of any sales or good deals from any vendors right now? Thanks for the help!

Also, what are the best 15lb spring and guide rod to get for this pistol? Any recommendations would be very helpful.

Is this limp-wristing? Consistent FTE on 43x.

Shot about 250 rds yesterday and most mags had a failure to extract. The same malfunction every time. The spent casing got stuck in the pipe midway through the mag. I thought I may be limp-wristing it but you tell me.

My other guess is the wrong screw is in the MOS plate and is causing issues with the extractor, but let me know.

Give me iron sight recommendations.

Contrary to 90% of people here, I prefer my CCW to not have a RDS. I find it much easier to point and shoot at 10yds without a sight.

What are some taller, more vibrant iron sights that I can swap the OEM sights out for? I am looking for something that protrudes more and is quicker to pick up. Thanks!

Worse experience with A5 system compared to carbine system...

Wanted some input on my current setup. I’m running an 11.5” Sionics standard barrel with a HUXWRX 556Ti right now, though I’ll be swapping to a Rhodie 6K soon.

Originally, I was using a standard carbine-length setup with a Super 42 spring and H3 buffer. The felt recoil on that setup was surprisingly soft. Out of curiosity, I decided to see if I could tune it even further and swapped over to an A5 system I already had lying around.

I tested both an A5H2 and A5H3, but both actually felt noticeably harsher than the original carbine setup. The difference was obvious enough that I immediately noticed it when switching.

What’s confusing me is that pretty much everyone says the A5 system reduces felt recoil, so I wasn’t expecting that result at all. The rifle runs reliably either way, and I’m getting zero gas to the face, but the A5 setup definitely feels sharper despite the heavier buffer weights.

Does this just mean my rifle happens to prefer the carbine setup? Or is there something else I should be changing to make the A5 system work the way people describe?

Hi there,

This is my first year as an entrepreneur, and I run a service-based business. I am an LLC filing as an S-corp and am based in South Florida. I have been shopping around for a CPA but wanted a sanity check on the quote I have received. Estimates below:

- Income will land between $250 and $300k.

- I have minimal transactions per month, roughly 15 per month, consisting of basic business expenses. I can do these on my own because I have some experience with this portion of the business.

- I need quarterly estimated filing, year-end filing, and personal return filing

- I run payroll for salary through Gusto already and have a QBO account that I keep in good order. I am the only employee

I was quoted at $650 for a setup fee and to organize my books for the first few months of this year and then $325 a month onwards, which would include all tax filing and proactive tax planning for my entity structure. They would also be spot checking all my transactions on a monthly basis.

Is this a fair estimate for the service that I need? My books are simple (from my perspective at least) but maybe I am missing something. Thanks!
