In struggling to wean my one year old.

I really want to wean my one year old. I have chronic pain and the only thing that works is CBD. I can’t use that while breastfeeding. My one year old is very reliant on feeding to sleep and I don’t know what to do. I feel like I’ve tried everything. My husband will try to put her down and she just screams. I’ve tried lowing the time but she just re wakes up and hysterically cry’s. I’ve tried sitting next to her and rubbing her back, giving her cuddles and singing but she cry’s. Every-time she just hysterically cry’s. I try to see if she’ll go to sleep and she won’t l. One time it was an hour and she still wouldn’t stop so I just gave up and breastfed her. What should I do?

I don’t know what to do

I’m having a really hard time right now.

My one year old is constantly throwing tantrums. And the constant noise of it is making me feel insane. I feel like I’m about to snap but I hold it in. And then I get to the point where I break down sobbing. I feel like a terrible mom for feeling this way. I love my child so much. But I feel like I have nothing left to give and I feel so numb.

I feel really lonely. I joined a mom group and have been friendly with some of the other moms. And thought I was making friends but found out that some of them had been making plans with each other but not me. I had asked some other moms for play dates but I’ve never been asked. And I don’t know what I did wrong. And my child gets along with their kids really well so I feel like it’s me that’s the problem. I really need the socialization but feel like I’m in a state of rejection.

I feel worse when my daughter doesn’t sleep but she won’t be put down by anyone else. So I feel exhausted.

It helped a lot when I could exercise. I would take her out for walks/ runs in the stroller but I can’t do that anymore. She doesn’t want to be in the stroller anymore and will just cry.

Sorry if this is a mess. I’m sobbing while writing this. I just feel so lost and don’t know what to do. I want to be better than this for my child.

Having trouble deciding if I should wean

My baby is one now and since the beginning I said I was gonna stop at one. But I’m having a hard time doing so. I get really sad thinking about stoping. She also feeds to sleep and it’s been hard getting her to sleep at night without it. She’ll go to sleep fine during the day without breastfeeding but will cry a lot at night. When did you stop breastfeeding? And what age does it get really hard to stop feeding to sleep?

How to night wean a breastfed baby

My baby is 11 months old and will only go back to sleep at night if I breastfed. She is able to go back to sleep by herself most of the time but I still feed her to sleep 1-3 times a night. I’ve tried so many times to try and stop but she ends up scream crying and won’t go to sleep. It sometimes takes 2-3 hours each time. And after 3 days my husband and I couldn’t function anymore. Any advice?
