Szorongás, pánikrohamok - Kezdem feladni, úgy érzem vége

Sziasztok!

A pszichológusom ajánlotta a Remotiv Extrat a gyógyszeres kezelésig. 3 napja szedem.

Amiket szedek: Magnesium B6, Remotiv Extra, D3 Vitamin.

Mi lenne a helyes út?

Someone help me because I can’t take it anymore.

I’m a 27-year-old man and for 3 months I’ve been tormented by panic attacks with strong health anxiety. There are periods when it’s better and periods when it’s worse. If I leave the house, I simply start panicking. I’m always afraid that I’ll faint, throw up, get dizzy and collapse. During the panic attacks I usually experience dizziness, nausea and a feeling of fainting.
What should I do? For 1.5 months I’ve been taking 250 mg of Swanson KSM-66 ashwagandha every evening. The L-theanine I tried was ineffective (Swanson Suntheanine 100 mg). I’m seeing a psychologist; 4 days ago I had my 4th brainspotting session.
I’m at a loss, desperate. It’s destroying my life, I can’t live properly. My wife is 7 months pregnant and I also have a 3-year-old son. I can’t function as a father. I’ve fallen apart, that was the end of my life…

What could cause a rash on my feet?

I noticed them today. It was very hot today, and I worked in the sun all day wearing socks and closed shoes.

Hi. What could these red spots on my skin be? They’re really worrying and bothering me, and I’m terrified that I might die.

I noticed them a few days ago. I suffer from severe health anxiety, and according to Google, these are petechiae and most likely leukemia. Not all of them fade when pressed. I don’t know how long they’ve been there, but their presence is concerning. They’re tiny, bright red, and flat.
