Hello everyone
I recently got microscope and using the camera that came with it to take images of my slides.
I’m using Manuel focus to take multiple images then submerge them in one image to have my subject fully in focus.
The issue is that quality of the image is not crisp? Very low quality below is my Instagram account will produced images.
I have z8 camera which I can attach to the microscope 🔬 I have not done that yet. Waiting for the adapter to arrive from Ali express.
Until then any tips about Manuel vs auto focus? And how to increase resolution I would like to make 60 cm prints and I want them crispy clear.
Would appreciate also any tips about printing microscopic images.
