PopcornFX's coming to Godot

PopcornFX is a separate VFX solution, and we've been hard at work on a Godot plugin for the past 6 months!

It's available for free right now (for non-commercial use), and we would love to have your feedback on it.

We released a first functional version allowing you to import your PopcornFX 3D effects inside Godot.

There is still a lot to be achieved but we will keep you updated of new releases, the next big milestone will be 2D support.

Gaussian Splats running as particles inside our VFX editor

Our dev Benoit Hubert got Gaussian Splats importing directly as particles in PopcornFX, so you get full particle sim and interaction behavior on top of captured 3D data.

We weren't sure if splats + particle sim would even play nice together, but it's working. Curious if anyone else here has experimented with combining splats and realtime sim/VFX.
