Hello can somebody give me the manual book guide for John Deere W650i harvester? Pdf ?

I want to start meditating, but I'm getting mixed advice. One person told me to just focus on my breath and bring my attention back when my mind wanders. Another person said to view my thoughts like a passing train and just let them go.

Which way is the "correct" one? Or am I supposed to combine them? Thanks!

I have been taking Risperidone (Speridan) since February 11th due to severe depression. I am taking it in combination with Zoloft and Neurotop, and a few months ago I stopped taking Hedonin.
I have gained about 15 kg (33 lbs) – I went from 95 kg to 105 kg. However, visibly I haven't really gained weight at all, maybe just a tiny, minimal difference.
My main issue right now is that I feel like my brain is working much slower. I can't generate thoughts, and throughout the day, my mind is almost completely blank with barely any thoughts at all.
Is this normal, and have any of you experienced this blank mind feeling? My doctor just reduced my Risperidone dose from a full pill to half a pill (from 2mg to 1mg). Would love to hear your experiences.
