(UK) Is this byway currently open to all traffic?

Planning a trip next month, and we wanna visit Stonehenge on the way. I can see some cars on the satellite view, and I can find some posts from late last year saying it's been opened to traffic, but wanna confirm if this is still the case? Anyone driven round there recently or know where I can check?

Is this a good deal? (UK)

I've been looking for a 4x4 that I can run as a daily and maybe take laning, got a budget of around £7,000 and this one is being sold for £3,000.

I've been looking at Land Rover Discovery 2s, but I've been struggling to find one in decent condition, and have heard they're notoriously unreliable.

This is a Toyota Land Cruiser Colorado.

It looks a bit rough, but I've heard Land Cruisers are very reliable and seeing as I'll have £4,000 of my budget left I can put it in to get it fixed up. Being sold by a bit of a shifty dealer, that says the underbody is good for it's age, but MOT says it has some non-critical corrosion.

Would this be worth buying and putting some money into?

Thinking of buying this Disco2, going for £6k, is this a concerning level of rust?

It's mentioned on the MOT that it's not structural, and I know it's a 23 year old car so some rust is expected. I just don't wanna buy a money pit.

Disco2 drag link bar, can't get this ball joint torqued. Any help?

I thought it was just spinning so I got a torx bit on the wrench with a spanner on the nut, but it broke before I got it up to spec and now half the bit is stuck in there.

I've seen online people getting a pry bar up against it but I don't see a good angle to do that.

Any tips or tricks?

UPDATE: Turns out the ball joint bolt AND nut are both stripped. Fantastic. Must have over-torqued it with the impact. Mistakes were made. Gonna get a new ball joint and nylock nut now

New here, just bought a Disco2, wondering how best to clean these spare tyres?

The car currently has full off-road tyres on it, but the previous owner has given me these old (but still good?) set of all-terrains. I'm planning on getting these fitted to a new set of wheels I've just got, but wanna clean em up first. Would just water be ok? Any risk in letting them dry in this UK heatwave?
