Haii! Around a year ago I was able to lose weight going from 160 to around 140 to 142, and was able to maintain it all of my first year of college! Ever since I have been home I have just been gaining the weight back and at this point I'm really confused as I feel like in college I was eating a lot more than I am now, as I recently weighed myself and I am 155 right now. I feel like a failure as all efforts feel like they are trash now, I try to go onto diets and I get around 148 but it just stays there or goes up to 150 again. I am not too sure what to do because I am trying to do what I did last year to loose weight, but it is not working. I mainly did 10k steps. I was wanting some advice on how to approach this again.

I recently just finished my first year as a bio major, and all my grades are in with at least for this semester I ended with 3 A's (+), 2 B's(+), and a C- in gen chem 2 sighhhh for chemistry it genuinely made me want to die every single day... I am kind of nervous because right now I have a 3.2 not saying it bad, but I feel a bit disappointed in myself after I trying so hard to get it up, but gen chem 2 really pushed it down for me, and it made it especially worse because I would see a lot people complaining about making B- to like B+ in class while I was on verge of failing. Not saying that I should be comparing myself to other people because we are all different but I feel behind academically just because I feel a lot dumber to my peers here especially since I changed my major from Biology BS to BA because I struggle a lot in math, but I really want to become a pediatric dentist in the future as that is why I chose to this major because my other major options were early elementary education, literature, or art! I don't want this to crush me but I feel like it will be really hard for me if I am already struggling so much but I want this so freaking bad that I will continue, but I was just writing this as if it is possible to bring up my gpa to like a 3.6 or 3.7 by the end of senior year or when applying for dental school and my main options for dental school is UH, Stony Brook, and OHSU in Oregon??Sorry if this sounds kind of pick-me ish, I just sometimes see people complain about having 3.5-7 and if they think that is bad, what would they think about my score....anyways thank you so much!
