hi all I was just at ventura marriott for a conference and this cute disney-like guinea pig I guess was either abandoned or lost at the state beach right across. I've seen it there 3 mornings in a row. I tried to rescue it today but it crawled into one of the ground squirrel holes. Please let me know if you do rescue it. I'm willing to pick up and drive it home I just had to leave. I live in downtown LA.

update I called animal services they said they don't really rescue guinea pigs but maybe they'll drive by in a few days.

UPDATEEEEE went to meet up with @anxiously_dingdong hit traffic 15 minutes from home with the baby. Reddit really for the win. Thank you all for being amazing humans. I was crying so much on the way back.

Thanks in advance! I report to someone who is being told to also sell. He is very fair and I enjoy working with him. We both have strong reputations and relationships in the field. However, he is my boss and has other responsibilities. There are no other reps. We are considering instead of splitting territory, to share the territory and work deals together since many of our deals require multiple stakeholders to make decisions.

Is this a wise idea for me? On the one hand, he should already support me without getting a split of my commission (which he does), but on the other hand, he has more say in choosing what deals he wants to pursue because he is my boss. I can probably argue for territory but then it might muddy our relationship.

We would split our commission in half. But this means if he wins a deal then I get half of his, and vice versa. What do you think?
