Best shop to have a gait test and buy running shoes?

Just started running so I've no idea about where is good. I want a gait test and some new running shoes, mostly for road/canal running.

UK recommendations

My hair has always been a bit rubbish, won't grow past my armpits and breaks. I dont use much heat, I barely do anything with it. After years of trying I've finally given up and had extensions fit but I'm not enjoying them.

Can someone in the UK provide recommendations of products they've actually used to stimulate hair growth?

[Product question] Day time moisturiser

I've recently started using Estee Lauder advanced night repair drops and Clinique moisture surge overnight mask and I love both products. My skin feels so hydrated after using them.

Can someone recommend something similar to use before I put on makeup? I know clinique do a day moisturiser but is it as nice as the overnight mask?

I'm also happy to explore Korean skincare but I don't know where to start.

Basically I'm looking for recommendations of products to make my skin feel plump and hydrated.

Not necessarily a MIL issue but I'm curious as to the general consensus.

My own mother has strange behaviour, I've just come to accept its part of her persona now, she says some weird shit and I just let it go over my head.

Some examples are:

* I put a christmas wreath on my front door and she asked if I think I'm 'posh' now

* Told me my body is never going to look the same as I've had 2 children and I'm older now (completely unprovoked BTW)

* If my husband is ever out for the night or away she will ask how I'm going to cope and imply I need her help

* Refuses to believe I can cook, one occasion she ate a pie i cooked and accused me of buying a pie and pretending I've cooked it, another time she literally watched me cook from scratch and kept going on and on saying she can't believe I'm making a meal... I haven't lived at home in 14 years so I'm not sure why its so surprising I can fend for myself?

* always slips in to conversation 'silly mummy' to my kids, for example my son has socks on that she deemed were on the wrong feet as the tractor was on the inside of the ankle not the outside (like it even matters) and she mentioned it 3 times in 10 minutes and kept saying 'silly mummy'... she does it alot.

Theres so many more but it just ignore it now.

I've always had a lovely relationship with my MIL however she made an unexpected comment yesterday about her own daughter and it got me thinking, do mums just not like their own daughters?
