2 years old at around 5000km i noticed that its rusting. I dont find this acceptable for a 1600€ exhaust. I contacted Zard lets see what excuse they are gonna come up with 😄

I had this 3d printed fuel cell from a parts donor truck and finally decided to paint it and add some tiny brass and aluminum hardware to make it a bit more realistic. Unfortunately its quite thin... What do you guys think?
As far as i understand the rattling noise comes from the chain or chain tensioner on the right side of the engine. Sometimes lasts longer sometimes like in this video goes away within a few seconds but if i give it slight throttle while still cold it rattles a little. 2024 Trident with 6000km and zard exhaust.
Aluminium ssd heatsink with thermal paste on the cpu chip then cutted the back of the housing and glued the carbon fibre grills and mesh to cover the messy hole
