What is a comprehensive list of must have cleaning products?

Hi! I’m a college student who is about to move into my first apartment!

I have a bedroom, study, fridge, and bathroom to myself and my roommate that we have to clean, and a shared kitchen among a couple others.

There are soooo many cleaning products on the market, what is a list of what I should look into getting?

Do yall have suggestions? Good brands? I’m slightly on a budget, so I am not looking to splurge unless it’s REALLY good LOL!

I have a chronic illness that makes cleaning quite hard sometimes, so I would also appreciate any cleaning products that really simplify things! :)

Don’t fight xywav’s effects!

I have been titrating up on Xywav and have noticed basically 0 improvements. Not to mention, I wake up feeling AWFUL

Howeeever, I also tend to fight the medicine as I fall asleep. It takes 30 min to kick in, so I scroll instagram while I wait. I resist the medicine until it fully knocks me out. I’m stubborn and stupid LOL

A couple nights ago I made it a point to not touch my phone at all before sleeping and shut my eyes immediately after taking my dose.

Oh my god, I’ve been waking up feeling like a new person. I’m so happy I realized what I was doing wrong and am now fixing!!

PLEASE help me beat root rot 😭

Hi! I have a small monstera albo at home, but a plant store convinced my mom that the cutting she was selling was far superior to what I had, so my mom gave me this as a graduation present…

Lo and behold, root rot! I have tried cutting the rotted roots and sterilizing and drying and putting in cinnamon, but I just can NOT get the rot to stop.

My mom took the cutting back, but the lady said it was fine as is…

Please does anyone know what I should do as my next steps? I’m a little clueless at this point. These white fibrous patches showed up, but some are turning brown around the edges and I’m wondering whether to remove these as they look rotted.

Also, it has both water roots and dry roots, so I can’t just dry out and let the rotted scars callous over anymore. I don’t know whether to propagate it in water or in pearlite, as I found the rot in the pearlite it was in initially.

I don’t initially notice any of the wooded roots being squishy or smelling bad, but I could be wrong and there could be some small patch I’m missing. The white fibrous roots do have some rotted squishy ends.

Please help, it used to have so many more roots, but I kept chopping them off as the rot kept returning… I can’t tell my mom I killed it 😭

*it gets bright indirect light around 13 hours a day, and I change the water often.

**both ends of the stem are calloused

How do I get into Puregym?

When I went to puregym for the first time, I completed the Wellhub check in and it gave me a bar code. But when I scanned it, the door light kept turning red and wouldn’t let me in.

Someone finally just let me in, but it happened again when I tried to leave. How do I do this??

Surprise Stain on Chair 🥲

Hii so I bought this chair on Facebook marketplace and couldn’t see the stain in the dark room I picked it up in…

I’m afraid of further damaging the chair, so I would really appreciate any tips for trying to remove this!

The person who sold it to me said she thinks her friend spilled something and used vinegar and baking soda to clean it, resulting in this stain.

Help! Just came back to my pitcher pot almost entirely dead…

I’m literally gonna cry, I was so excited about this deep deep red pitcher pot plant (2 of them) but I had to leave it with my mom to take care of for a couple months.

When I came back, I saw this. It was in a window with a lot of light and had constant distilled water in a tray under it. Is there anything I can do?

She says she thinks it was too much light and it got burnt, but I thought pitcher pots need a lot of light… I have no idea.

Btw the green leaves are soft and leathery, and the upper dark leaves are the same, while the lower leaves are brittle and bone dry.

Is this cutting salvageable?

Hii! So I got this cutting with a lot of root rot and tried to save as much of the root mass as I could, but it all had rotted. There is no more root rot on this and it’s all been sterilized as of a couple weeks ago, but every root or rootish remnant isn’t viable. I decided to instead of propagating it in water, do it in perlite and sphagnum moss, but it has literally not changed at all for a little over a week when monstera cuttings in the past have produced at least a little growth in that time for me. What should I do?

It’s shiny bc I rinsed it and the brown is just discoloration btw!

Hii so I've been rotating between stimulants when each one repeatedly doesn't work in order to prove to insurance that I need xywav.

Consistently I take stimulants, they work miraculously, and within 2 days they stop having any effect whatsoever.

HOWEVER. I tried taking Vyvanse, and after 2 weeks I started having adverse reactions with the medication causing 9 hours of straight up panic. My feelings were going haywire, heart hurt, couldn't breathe, muscle tension and jaw clenching, you get the picture. So I stopped it, but the physical symptoms have continued. My heart still constantly races even though I'm on nothing, and my breathing is erratic. However, there is no emotional panic, it's just physical. It's just uncomfortable.

My psych put me on beta blockers and they're working amazingly, but I have to remember to take them and endure an hour of uncomfortable feelings while waiting for them to kick in, and he told me this wasn't a long-term solution.

Anyone have a similar experience? I am not sure what meds to look into but I would appreciate any advice.

Hii I just recieved a baby spiritus sancti and was wondering, how should I plant her to achieve a look like this photo from benjiplant? I was recommended to use a moss pole for quick growth, but I’m not sure I like the look of the pole with this plant, so idk what to do!

Also, what watering and soil mix have you found most optimal for these? Thank you!!
