I just got a Pixel 10 yesteray and have no luck in pairing it with my watch 4 (which was working before with Pixel 8a). Everytime I tried to pair, the dialog will pop up and it will shutdown with a message around incorrect PIN.

I have reset the watch, reset wifi and bluetooth on my phone, uninstall Galaxy wearable, but it just won't pair.

any suggestions?

I have an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-58.. running Insyde Corp v2.21 BIOS.

Ever since a few days ago, I have been getting all sort of issues - all seems to be centering around secure boot - when it is on.

1. Sometimes it boots, sometimes it doesn't (cannot access boot drive)
2. and when it boots - it lost the windows PIN
3. The machine will work - and I have tried re-installing windows, I even tried re-installing on a new NVME drive, still same behavior. The system will behave normally until shut down, and boot up will either works or fails.
4. If boot up failed, I will have to go to the BIOS and turn off secure boot.

Any suggestion on how to troubleshoot - I even replace the CMOS battery, thinking that might be the issue, but the behavior just doesn't make a lot of sense.

I know it is not a harddrive, memory, cpu, or gpu issue as I have already individually tested each of them using different benchmarks or stress tests.

Hi, I got a recall notice letter for my 2024 Elantra Hybrid (in Canada) about Hybrid Power Control Unit (recall R0310), but when I took my car to the dealer today, they checked their computer and said there is no updated software for the car - and as such - there is nothing need to be done.

Does anyone have similar experience?

I am going on an Alaska cruise that will hit Seattle, Vancouver and Alaska.

If I buy the USA plan - will it work in Alaska? Thanks.
