have a issue with a property manager , seems to ignore my complaints and then is trying to make it seems like i’m the problem when it comes to handicap parking spaces . what should I do , any remedies to cover myself in case they try to non renew my lease even though i don’t have a single lease violation ?

so i have to get a procedure done and will be under mild sedation but they want are requiring me to have a ride from a friend or relative , my ride can’t do it so can i have like a transpiration service that picks and drops people of at hospital and the such be able to do it ?

just looking to occupy some time I can’t sleep and i’m bored asf
my neighbor decided he was going to park this way for me to move my car becuse his truck didn’t have the room he wanted when they made an accommodation for him and added another “handicap” space . - so when he returned one day he decided to park on purpose like this and then try to show the property manager he couldn’t squeezed into that space . Should I move my car , i’m the red car and i’m not over the blue line at all .
