I installed CH on my Retroid Pocket 4 Pro, runs fantastic (although at 60fps). It’s pretty to look at and does not lag or stutter whatsoever. However I can’t get my CRKD.gg latency dialed in, I got it kinda close but it’s still largely unplayable. Anyone have any tips or good steps to dial it in? Or is the 60fps the main factor? I find that hard to believe as console games were low FPS but playable

I stopped 7OH 19 days ago and I’m on day 19 of Suboxone. I spent a week on 8mg and I’m currently at 0.5mg (day 3 on 0.5mg). Originally I planned to not take 0.5mg today but withdrawal crept up on me quickly after waking up. It was mild (keyed up, awkward movement, watery eyes, runny nose). I’ll see how I feel tomorrow before my next dose whether it was worse than today or better or the same. If it’s the same I’ll either jump off or drop to 0.25mg (if I can even cut it that small). But I’m almost ready to declare victory here. If that’s all I got for my final symptoms when jumping off I can handle that, no RLS the entire time and I’ve been sleeping 7-9 hours a night and eating well, I’m currently up 9lbs after losing a total of 13lbs
Tomorrow marks 14 days and my second day on 1mg Suboxone. Sunday and Monday will be 0.5mg and then Tuesday I’ll be jumping off. I’ve had no withdrawals so far, so I’m hoping I get none or mild when I jump on Tuesday. I wake up a little stiff the last few days but no physical pain, and my pupils are huge. Overall I think my body is adjusting to my every 2 days 50% reduction
Has anyone figured out a way to rotate a USB display in macOS Tahoe? Tried BetterDidplay, SwitchResX, couple others. Any command line approaches? Basically got a j5create dock and was sad to learn it uses USB display for the secondary monitor, so I can’t rotate my vertical monitor. For now I switched the vertical to the main port so I can rotate it but now my main monitor is on USB display and locked to 60Hz
I made it 4 days feeling just fine but have not been doing good the last 3. No appetite, fragmented sleep/barely sleeping, limbs falling asleep, nerve like pain all over. Puked this morning after a Greek yogurt drink trying to replenish my calories.
Anyone know what is going on? I don’t think any of this has to do with 7OH withdrawal, I’m not in any anxiety or opioid like pain. It just feels like my body is shutting down on itself, can barely walk without feeling like I’m going to faint/over exert myself.
I am finishing day 4 of no 7OH with the help of Suboxone. I did 10mg day 1 total, 8mg day 2-3, 4mg day 4, tomorrow I am doing 2mg, then 1mg for a 6 day rapid taper. These are split doses 12 hours apart. I am getting to the point where my anxiety is peaking, this has nothing to do with 7OH and entirely to do with me quitting drinking as well as stopping a decade long diazepam addiction (once a day). I feel no 7OH withdrawal. My nervous system is in shambles. I didn’t intend to quit drinking it’s just that I didn’t want to mix it with Suboxone. What I am wondering is, at what dosage of Suboxone can I enjoy a beer to cure the shakes and crippling panic attacks? I’ve never had a huge drinking problem, my CNS is mostly wrecked from quitting diazepam a few months ago. Any experienced Suboxone users please chime in, I just came off of alcohol and 7OH at the same time (up to 125mg a day max around 6 beers max a day)
Been on 7Oh for 70 days or so. Up to 150mg a day at my worse but down to 60mg (20mg x 3 a day).
I’m going to drop 5mg per dose a day until I jump off. What can I expect? I have diazepam and zofran if needed. I’ve cold turkeyd heroin twice over a decade ago but fell into this trap. Honestly these withdrawals feel more unpredictable. I’ve already lost 8lbs in the last few weeks alone which was my biggest indicator to quit.
My biggest fear is chest pain, that already starts almost 9 hours between doses and it’s freaking me out. I understand I’m on an aggressive taper but just wondering how much worse it gets when jumping off. I know I have Rx that most people don’t get the luxury of having but everyone goes through their own battle.
