Me and my buddy are 5 pin bowlers from NL looking to try out some Candlepin this summer and was interested in seeing what’s around tournament wise.

I recently sold two items which were listed as "Returns not accepted" and the buyer messaged me when it had arrived stating that they were damaged. It was not catastrophic damage but some corners got dinged during transit. The seller had gotten the items shipped through a proxy service to where ever they are overseas. I had staff from the UPS store pack the item, wrapped in bubble wrap multiple times and made sure that there was no room for the items to move around during transit. I told them I would offer a partial refund as the items were not damaged severely but they declined and said they are going to return it and file for a full refund. Is there anything I can do? I shouldn't have to pay the buyer because they opted for shipping | DID NOT PAY FOR which could have possibly damaged the items.

Attending a World Cup game there this summer and I’d like get an idea of our view. Sadly on the other side of the country so I can’t attend any earlier games.
