Why are pokemon buyers like this🫩

I had a card at auction listed as LP that had been going on for a week. On the last day, someone came in, got into a bidding war with everyone, won, and an hour later—after the label was already paid for out of my pocket—they said there’s a scratch and that I should’ve put it in the description. It was listed as no returns. This is the 3rd time it’s happened. Not the same person, but still, it’s been 3 times.

Should I just say all sales are final? I already packaged it and put it into my mailbox down the street. The black spot is just dust.

How are these the same grade 🤨

Is there something I’m not seeing cause wtf I knew I should’ve put cash in the box 🤣

Did PSA damage my card?

There was no damage at the bottom and I ended up with a PSA 5 what do I do other than call customer service and submit a report 😔

Bought this Lugia a few months ago and sent it to PSA about a month ago with the Express option because I’m impatient. So here I am, asking the veterans of this hobby—what do you think it’ll be? My guess is PSA 7–8. Someone tried paying me not to grade it and I feel like they were trying to finesse me 🤣.
