Urinary issues and misdiagnosis

So i have been diagnosed with ureaplasma parvum 3 years ago. I had back pain, vaginal itchiness as well as rectal, vaginal bruning, discharge smelling like vinegar and UTI symptoms such as frequent peeing, increased urgency, burning when peeing and even lingering stomach pain after peeing. I did two rounds of antibiotics and some if the symptoms got better. I still had the urinary symptoms and occassionally some itchiness. I got tested again a year ago (1.5 years after treatment and it was negative (urinary tract). I got tested again vaginally 6 months ago since the urinary symptoms were still there and I was entering a new relationship. Negative again. In january the urinary symptoms got worde again. I experienced some difficulty holding in pee and the burning got more intense. I went back to my gyno and she saw some paler areas near my urethra. So she suspected lichen. I have been using the creams as perscribed but it hasnt helped. Today I went to my gyno again and she said that it might not be LS afterall and she mentioned that maybe we retest for ureaplasma. This makes me very frustrated I thought this part was over. These tests are so expensive for it not to be accurate. I dont even know what I would tell my boyfriend, if there is still ureaplasma present. I got tested twice and it was negative otherwise I would not have started having sex without a condom. So yes I am very mad, I would not want to tell my boyfriend. I told him that I got tested before and I really dont want to tell him that I had ureaplasma previously.

What camera as a gift (on a budget)

It is my partners Birthday soon and I was thinking of gifting her a camera. I dont know the exact cameras she already has but I think one is very manual and the other one is a pocketable point and shoot camera. She usually reaches for the latter, since he likes that its compact.

So I did some research and many people seem to recommend the Olympus XA for pocketable but fun camera. I found one for about 100$. What I also thought could be fun for her (especially because I dont think she has one yet) was a half frame camera. Here I found some Olympus pen EE below 100$ but I am unsure because it doesnt have a flash. Do you have any other recommendation on half frame cameras? I didn‘t find the Olympus EF anywhere. My budget is up to 100$.

Hi all I have recently been potentially diagnosed with LS. I had some reccuring urinary symptoms (burning and urgency to pee a lot) my gyno noticed some pale skin around my urethra. She perscribed me clob and something to moisturize. I have a been a bit scared to use it, since I didnt want it to be real. I had another talk with my gyno that calmed me down a bit enough to try it. I also took a flucanzole before to get rid of any leftover yeast. So yesterday I used clob for the first time. I used a pea size amount on the whole area as my gyno told me to put the clob everywhere not just where I have symptoms. I also sometimes feel a little bit itchy near my butthole. So anyways, today I feel a bit more itchy than usually. Itchyness is not a big symptom so far with my LS so now im nervous that its the clob. Its not extremely itchy just so that it makes me feel a bit uncomfortable. Has anyone experienced this? Will it get better when I get used to the clob? Also, I am unsure if the symptoms Im having is even a flare since I have had the uti symptoms for the past 1-2 years. So do I steal treat it as a flare?
