Can I consider my leadership is supporting my milestone based on this? I know ONL flag matter but just curious
Hi, I work in IT and have been exhausted searching for budget-friendly gated community flats. So, I’m now considering investing in a plot and planning to construct a house in the next few years.
Recently, I visited the One Habitat venture at Patighanpur/Velimala, which is adjacent to Mayfair Nature Villas. It’s a resale plot, and the quoted price is ₹60,000 per sq. yard.
I wanted to check if there are any other good plot ventures within a 2–3 km radius of the ORR, and also whether ₹60k per sq. yard is a reasonable price for this location.
Edit: The plan is to jointly invest with my brother and build a G+2 independent house in the future.
I started SIPs in late 2025 and would like some suggestions if I need to change any amounts or add any new fund. Looking for long term investments and moderate risk.

Quant small cap direct fund - 20k
We currently stay in hitech city in a rented flat and our offices are located within 5 km radius. Thinking to buy a flat and this was one of the options. Open for pros and cons of this project and also commuting to offices daily.
Yet to verify the purity and weight though!
I liked the design and verified the HUID code in BIS app. Only thing I need to do is a purity check and weight comparison.
