Bringing in booze to We out Here

Hey friends

I'm a bit skint right now and can't really afford to buy loadsa beers everyday at We Out Here so just wanted to ask how thorough the luggage checks are in case a few extra cans manage to slip into my bags? Any major consequences if caught?

Also, how strict is the rule on no pre-mixed spirits? Seems a bit silly to me.

Cheers and hope you all have a great time!

Is my shower trap causing the leak downstairs?

Hi friends

My bathroom has been leaking water downstairs.

Whilst the shower was being used it started really pouring. I identified that the trap thread was loose and not tightened – could this be what was causing the leak?

Neither component of the trap above or below the shower tray is attached - you can see in the video that I can unscrew the thread from the top, and place my finger between the shower tray and the trap below - do these parts need to be siliconed or will I create a tight enough seal by tightening the thread? I believe the trap is a MacAlpine and I’m getting mixed opinions.

Many thanks in advance (and sorry about the gunk!)

Buying an imported Jazz/Fit in the UK?

Hi friends

I've been looking into buying a Jazz here in the UK as it seems like the ideal car for my use case: I'm based in London and want a small car which feels big on the inside which I can use for weekends away, car camping, and moving furniture for my small furniture flipping business.

I have a budget of £6-8k. I would love to find an automatic Jazz with low milage (under 30k), parking sensors, and a reverse camera. CarPlay would be a bonus, as would a newer model. However, I'm struggling to find a Jazz that ticks all of these boxes.

Japanese imported Fit's on the other hand are ticking many of these boxes, and are within my budget. I found a reputable import dealer selling a 2016 Jazz i-VTEC EX 24k miles for £8k. Is there anything I need to be weary of when buying an imported Fit to use on UK roads?

Many thanks in advance : )
