So somehow I got it into my head that I could use gel polish and /or builder polish as nail glue. The nails I love by celebritips are pretty sheerISH but still thick and jelly looking somehow and they have a UV system. It seemed to work almost too well as they didn’t come off easily at ALL. But maybe I used too much gel. Even soaking in acetone . So anyways, I can see my nails under the press on so I thought I’d get a light pink gel polish to match instead of using their clear one. Well let’s just say it didn’t workout like I thought lol. I painted a coat , put the press on nail on and then cured it multiple times. It was a mess also it def was uncured under there in spots. I was just now reading some other posts in here about how UV gel under press ons is actually like really bad for you, especially if it’s not fully cured. There goes that idea !
Should I put the gel on and cure it fully. Then glue on the press on with curvelife glue? I’m trying to get a “shield” between my nail and the glue bc my nail beds get so damaged . But having to soak of the gel or having it rip up from the press on is probably just as bad huh? Sorry for the long post. I’m new to this and experimenting haha

I got these off Amazon after trying to find the thinnest tab I could . These are very thin and hopefully work well!!! I like that they aren’t 💯 clear bc those kind make it hard for me to see putting them on my nail. I’d always put it on uneven or the wrong size .. I’ll be back and let you know how they work! Has anyone else used these before?

Edit: these are LEGIT! SO thin! I usually get a big gap at the cuticle and they look raised but these are almost seamless WOW !
I bought this necklace from the real real for $800 and it came today and I was SO excited but I have a feeling I got scammed. The necklace seems VERY light and flimsy. It lays funky . And it’s smaller than I thought. Also there is gold coloring rubbed off a lot of places . That’s probably normal with wear but I was wondering if anyone has this necklace and can message me about it ? I’m worried . Thanks so much!!

Got tix to the Ohio show Sept 16 at KEMBA live! Never been to that venue . These are my seats . I’m short, will I be able to see? Is it elevated or right behind the pit area? Says row A In that section but idk if there will be actual seats or not? Also I bought the demand tickets from AXS whatever those mean lol. Anyone else going to be there ? Can’t wait to sing 100 summers at the top of my lungs!
I am obsessed with celebritips nails they’re sooo jelly like and last SO long! The UV gel application is so easy and the glue is actually clear and doesn’t get all crumbly. I thought no way it would hold for more than a couple days, not putting a lot on either. Well, It’s been a week and I’m adhd af and wanna put new on so I tried to soak them off with the oily remover that comes with it. I had luck before removing a single nail but doing all of them Isn’t working!! It’s hard to break the seal to get the cuticle up a little. I Waited like 40 mins with it on and trying to do the seal and still won’t lift. So I put on some nitrile gloves and added some remover into the tips. Been an hour and they STILL won’t lift off !!!!! So then I put a bit of acetone in the tips . Waited another 30 mins . Still not off ! I see alot of suggestions to use plain oil??? HELP lol I’m happy they don’t pop off easily and like that they hold so well but damn!!! Want to get them off with as little damage as possible. I RUINED my nails last time.
Currently have a crap ton of coconut oil on with gloves. Let’s see how this hack works ? Been 20 and not budging .
