Because some autistics have similar special interests. Like I'm not the only autistic whose special interests are sharks, horror movies and serial killers, and some other autistics have more or less knowledge than me and they express their special interests differently and that's okay. I really feel sorry for people who don't have anything else in their lives except their spouse or partner and who have to make themselves smaller to find romance.
