Just retrieved from the bin in the basement. New battery ordered.

My first 35mm and one of two I’ve owned. The second is a Canon F1.

Picked this up at a local shop. It appears to be a good one and works great.

The grandkids find it fascinating.

Being the furthest thing from a religious individual, but with some leanings toward the spiritual, I had an experience that makes me go “Hmmm…”.

Went to an appointment yesterday and the woman at reception had a photo of a dog on her desk; it appeared to be a Lab mix of some type. “Is that your dog?” I asked.

“Yes” she said. We discussed the breed mix and I said it looked alot like our dog, Ferdinand, who was a Lab/Border Collie mix. Hers too, was a Labrador mix and she said “Today is her first birthday.”.

I said “We lost our Ferdinand one year ago today.”

The parents are busy feeding the three young in the wren house and they appear to be nearly ready to fledge.
