I filed for pcos and was denied for not having a diagnosis the process is a bit annoying so I kinda just left it be and filed my other issues. I’m assuming during one of my c and p exams the examiner did diagnose me with it because the Va told me to do a supplemental claim out of nowhere.
If I do it now will I gain anything without a proper diagnosis? As far as I understand if I do I will only be granted the condition based on the date I file the new claim anyway I wanted to wait until properly diagnosed but they’ve sent me several notices and called me asking me to do the claim. Should I just go through even though it’ll likely be rejected without a proper diagnosis or should I wait and continue collecting evidence?
Before I go buy brand new I’m trying to find one online I’ve tried market place but most of them are really far away or pick up only and I don’t have a car.
If anyone has one they’re getting rid of I’d be happy to take it off your hands.

Not sure if I just don’t understand but “at least likely as not” means the injury was as least likely as not caused by the military? I know it says higher but I had one with this before and it was not service connected.

Sometimes when I try to sleep I enter this state where I’m sleeping but aware of my surroundings as if I was awake not like a lucid dream but just like a restless sleep maybe when I’m in this state whenever I start to fully fall asleep I just hear a loud boom and wake up to a racing heart. There’s never actually anything that happened or makes the sound it’s always just me.
It happens randomly and has been happening for like the past year it comes randomly I went without it for like four months and it just happened again last week. What is it? It doesn’t matter if I sleep with headphones on or pitch silence it just blares out,
I signed for an apartment and was meant to move in on the 22nd of July but had some personal issues come up and head to delay I already paid first month and prorated rent for July. My student visa won’t take effect until the 10th but I’ll be arriving the 2nd so I have to leave and come back is the process easy and straight forward fly in to Korea do customs and fly right back to Japan or will it be difficult? If you’ve had to do it before.

Second question is I’m not really understanding the wording on the second photo the ovary was removed in service but it says there’s not a service connection via terse I have some favorable findings can I claim something based on those?
My original itf was may of last year while doing this claim I filed another claim and they ended up being combined but having thier own itf. I claimed insomnia last year and gad this year I was granted gad with insomnia but I was only back paid to this year not the original day I filed insomnia. Is that because they made it a secondary even though it was filed first.

I’m 90% sure the examiner did not document the things I told her regarding my mental health claims doing some research it seems there’s a chance the reviewer won’t even contact me about the claim and I haven’t seen my dbq yet. If I do call them and explain this will they be able to add or change the dbq considering nothing new can be considered. I don’t know if the telehealth appointments are recorded or not unfortunately but I definitely told her things that giving me rating she left out
I’ll be attending tuj but living in Yokohama after some research I think it would be better to go to an actual Japanese language class. Is there one in Yokohama you would recommend preferably one with only a few hours or only a few days out of the week since I set my classes up to be on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
I’m prescribed prozac for anxiety and I’m unsure how that would work overseas can I get it mailed to me monthly? I’m pretty sure I can’t legally or is there a place I could transfer my prescription over I am military and I think the Va on base would be able to help but I won’t be in okinawa I’m attending school in Tokyo. I don’t believe there’s an actual base in Tokyo that would have a military hospital.
I’ll also be prescribed adhd meds before I leave I heard Vyvanse is allowed is that true or is it forbidden as well.
I recently got diagnosed with general anxiety disorder and prescribed Prozac but I have a real issue with pills that make me feel heavy I’m not sure if that makes sense certain medication like (remeron) just makes me feel like I weigh a ton not like actually pounds but my body just feels sluggish all over.
Does prozac have this effect or something like it in your opinion? Is there a pill that isn’t too heavy that can treat anxiety? The doctor believes I have a pretty bad case of anxiety
