What are some notes that you didn’t like at first, but then discovered a scent with the notes that won you over?

I’ve recent discovered Genre, Covenant Scents and Yora. All are smaller houses or even independent perfumers making great quality stuff. Who else do you know of that are developing and putting out quality stuff? Thank you.

Those of you with experience with Montagne…how do they compare? Anyone also have experience with Genre?

Does anyone know why Montagne fragrances are not found on Fragrantica?

I recently bought decants of Montagne Imaginary and Torino21. I love them both. They are my first two from Montagne. What are the best Montagne scents you’d recommend I check out?
